The Committee to Elect Tyrus Norcise (“the Committee,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information may be collected through VoteForTyrus.com and related campaign forms, how it may be used, and the choices available to you.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, volunteer interests, yard-sign request details, and messages sent to the campaign. When you make a contribution, the campaign’s authorized payment processor may collect payment information and the contributor information required for campaign-finance reporting.

Google Sites, Google Forms, Anedot, and other service providers may also collect basic technical information, such as browser type, device information, pages visited, and approximate location, under their own privacy policies.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We may use information to:

• Respond to campaign questions and requests.

• Coordinate volunteers, outreach, events, and Election Day activities.

• Process and deliver yard-sign requests.

• Send campaign news or voter information when you choose to receive it.

• Process contributions and satisfy campaign-finance reporting obligations.

• Maintain the security and proper operation of campaign services.

HOW INFORMATION MAY BE SHARED

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with campaign staff, volunteers, consultants, and service providers who need it to perform campaign-related work. We may also disclose information when required by law, for campaign-finance compliance, or to protect the Committee, website visitors, or the public.

DONATIONS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Online contributions are processed through Anedot. Volunteer and yard-sign requests may be collected through Google Forms. These external services maintain their own privacy and security practices. We encourage visitors to review their policies before submitting information.

YOUR COMMUNICATION CHOICES

You may unsubscribe from campaign emails using any unsubscribe instructions provided. If the Committee offers text-message updates, you may reply STOP to opt out. You may also contact comms@votefortyrus.com to request that the campaign update or remove information, subject to any legal recordkeeping requirements.

DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION

The Committee uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for campaign operations, legal compliance, and recordkeeping.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy as campaign services or legal requirements change. The revised date will appear at the top of this page.
