Tyrus Norcise is running for Justice of the Peace in Jefferson Parish. He brings the preparation of a trained attorney and a deep respect for every person who enters the courtroom. A graduate of Jesuit High School, the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and LSU Law, he has built his legal career as a criminal attorney—a role that requires careful listening, sound judgment, and clear communication.
Tyrus believes Justice Court should be accessible, transparent, and grounded in service to the people of Jefferson Parish. From small claims and eviction matters to officiating marriages, every responsibility deserves fairness, professionalism, and dignity.
